How can I buy a hospitality package for the Red Bull Air Race?
In general, tickets can always be bought online at www.redbullairrace.com. Please choose the stop you are interested in and click on the "buy tickets" button. You will be connected directly to the corresponding web shop where you can purchase your tickets as well as find information regarding the various ticket options.
At some stops it is also possible to purchase tickets through a retail outlet and usually on-site from one of the box offices which are operational shortly before the venue opens until the end of the scheduled event. For more information regarding the latter please also check the event specific FAQ section in the event tab.
How much is a hospitality package for the Red Bull Air Race?
Ticket prices and ticket categories vary slightly at each event. The venues and local conditions are different for each race, which causes the ticket categories and services included to differ. Therefore, please check the event(s) you are interested in by following the "buy tickets" button for the corresponding hospitality ticket.
Are children discounts available?
Discounted rates are available for each stop, but under slightly varying conditions for each category. Please check the special event FAQs for further information.
How do I get my tickets?
How you receive your tickets depends on the delivery method selected during the booking process. Most of the tickets are bought online and therefore mainly distributed per email as Print@Home ticket. We do however also offer the opportunity to book hard copy tickets with some our ticket partners. Please check directly with the respective ticket partner. Bookings made close to the event that do not allow delivery due to time limitations will be available in form of a print at home ticket or can be purchased at one of the ticket offices on-site.
Can I return the hospitality tickets?
The ticket holder acknowledges, within the Terms and Conditions, that there is no right of cancellation once the ticket has been purchased. Tickets received for the event can therefore be neither exchanged nor returned. The same applies if the date or location of the event has to be changed for any reason. In this case, the ticket entitles the event attendee to also attend the event at an alternative date or at the alternative location.
Can I exchange the hospitality tickets I bought?
No. Applicants cannot return or exchange hospitality tickets, which have been sold without the prior written approval of Red Bull Air Race.
When does the event start?
The opening hours vary slightly from race to race so we kindly ask each hospitality guest to check the corresponding event page for the schedule and opening hours. In the week prior to the race, Sky Lounge hospitality guests will receive an information letter including the opening hours and official schedule well as some useful information for the race weekend.
Do I have to print my Print@Home tickets?
Please print a copy of your Print@Home ticket and bring it to the event. The printed field containing the barcode on the ticket must be well printed since there will be electronic admission control on-site. That way we can guarantee that the scanner will be able to read the barcode on the ticket, which will grant entry to the event premise. Scanning the barcode from mobile devices cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if I forget to bring my hospitality ticket to the race?
We can only guarantee your access when you are able to present a valid ticket at the entrance. The ticket should be undamaged and valid for the specific date when presented at the entrance. If the ticket is not available, the barcode on the ticket cannot be read by the electronic access system and the barcode number cannot be deciphered, there is no entitlement to admission to the event.
Are cameras allowed into the hospitality?
Cameras are allowed on-site but only for personal use. Professional or media photography must be registered with our communications department: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is parking available at the venue and included in the ticket?
Hospitality guests are entitled to VIP parking (except Budapest and Porto races) – usually one car park pass is issued for every two Sky Lounge. Additional car parking passes are usually available for purchase at some races. We kindly ask you to visit the event page for more information on using alternative methods of transport to the venue.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the unlikely event of a cancellation or abandonment full details of procedures will be posted on the websites and communicated to hospitality guests on the big screens and via the sound system on location. If in doubt, please visit www.redbullairrace.com. Bad weather such as rain does not automatically mean that the race will be cancelled. Race planes can fly in the rain, therefore please bring appropriate clothing.
Is there a special dress code to follow?
We encourage hospitality guests to wear smart-casual clothing and kindly ask not to wear sports and beach attire.
